That and the bakery Tous Les Jours - Tous Les Jours Bakery - (also in the Hmart) are going to be welcome additions to the Triangle!
Yeah I've been looking forward to H-Mart to hurry on up and open, I'm thinking prices might be more reasonable than the golden pig. There was a place in Chapel Hill called chopstix, had great korean tacos, there's a placed called mixed that's okay too, and in good ole Fayettenam there's a spot called suu's subs(they have korean dishes like bulgogi but they also make subs) prices were way more reasonable and plates are full, you spend 12 dollars and you can feed three, Golden Pig charges like 16 to 17 bucks, same thing with Oiso on Maynard(Kroger shopping Center). I like Kimbap in Downtown Raleigh by seaboard station, reasonably priced but you're still going to be hungry afterward. Waba is closed to work but they did me wrong(hair in my food, when I showed it to them, they denied it, then instead of fixing a new plate they removed the hair and gave it back to me) so never going back.

I digress, Soo Cafe is good, has my Korean Fried Chicken but I hate Capital Blvd, traffic always sucks, so I'm hoping H-Mart is going to bring me what I've been wanting, closer(golden pig is closer but I'm thinking H-Mart is going to be better priced).

Soo is incredible. Cheesy decor and low budget ambiance, however. But on the big scheme of things, it means nothing. Highly recommended.

Soocafe is about to face some stiff competition with a BonChon opening in Mebane and BBQ opening in the H-mart food court in Cary. But until now Soo was the only option in the triangle.

well it's not like those places are open right next to each other or like there are 500 Korean fried chicken places in the Triangle. Soo Cafe will be alright haha

BonChon is opening in Mebane? Know they are coming to Charlotte, didn't know they were coming to Mebane). Don't think it will really be comp though, just don't see too many people going to Mebane to get something they can find here.

I don't see anything on their website announcing Mebane. Woodlawn and Pineville in NC are coming soon. General Locations - United States

Where is this Soo Café?

I googled it and some sites say Hillsborough St. and some say Brentwood.

That chicken looks TASTY!

Has anyone been to both Soo and Golden Pig and can compare? Soo was very good, though I am not sure I think the half hour drive is worth it for me.
