Does anyone know if any schools are needing empty shoe boxes, particularly in the Durham area? A nearby school use to use them for a project for the kids, but they aren't needing anymore. Thanks!
Some churches use to pack boxes at Christmas time to send supplies to kids in poor parts of certain countries. My church does, but we don't usually collect until late fall. Sorry, I am not sure of the name of the program, but could find out. Not sure if there are certain sizes they require.

I wish I was closer to you I'm in Cary and use shoe boxes for a Xmas project in my preschool class.
PM me where you're at in Cary as I'm right near the border.
