Hi there--I am relocating to the Triangle with my husband and one year old son this fall. Wondering if there are any apartments buildings you can recommend that have easy access to Wycliffe Road in Raleigh? We'd like to settle in Durham ultimately, so would ideally find something there that is relatively accessible (<30 mins), but would consider other locations while we scout a house.

In addition to having access to Raleigh, would like to land somewhere safe, family friendly, but not totally isolated and boring. I will be taking a bit of time off work while i figure out my next move, and ideally, will be able to enjoy some community/social interaction.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

The marquis at Edwards mill.

They allow less than year leases
It's less than 5 minutes to wycliff.
It's super-easy, one thoroughfare access to 40 west to Durham.
Close to the green ways and the museum of art. Close to Umstead State Park and city parks
Across the street from a strip shopping center w/grocery, 3-5 restaurants, etc.

You've also got Lexington Farms which is a bit older and slightly closer to wycliff so further from Durham and the above amenities, except it's across the street from laurel hills park.

Camden manor is much newer, but less than 5 minutes further yet again.
