Westfall is an amazing neighborhood... all different house sizes and prices range accordingly. We've lived there 2 years now. The area is growing a lot too as far as retail coming in. It's a 25 min commute from RTP which beats the 30 min from Raleigh that I had previously.

I don't live in Westfall so I can't comment on the neighborhood specifics, but I'll reiterate what jmu said above. Commercial space continues to pop up along 15-501, making it more and more convenient to live in areas like Westfall that are between Pittsboro and Chapel Hill.

Thanks for that. Are you in west fall pines?
Is it dog friendly? do lot of people tend to have pets?
Does the HOA have a limit on the number of pets?

Currently looking at a house in Westfall. I'm wondering why the new houses aren't selling in there in such a hot market. Water pressure? Terramor builder issues? Any comments to help us make a decision would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
