Jules_NC is on a distinguished road
It is going to be a shopping center with 2-3 anchor stores. From the Wake Forest Gazette:

"The Shoppes at Caveness Farm is apparently for sale. The shopping center has an approved master plan, one done when the land was rezoned, and Weingarten Realty Investors, the current owner, had announced Steinmart would be one of the tenants."

The Wake Forest Gazette - Editor Carol Pelosi - Wake Forest News, Weather and Sports - Wake Forest Events - -Wake Forest, NC

Have they started the Shopping Center yet? Per the article it is on hold pending a buyer. Other than the 3 resturant's going up the rest of the site bene quiet the last year. I was thinking it was another restaurant. The site was approved for a couple of more resturants and based on where they are building the new structure it appears to be a restaurant. Maybe its a new Bank or Walgreens too. I guess we will know once they put a sign up. With commercial real estate slowing down its good to see something being built.

im sure it is a new restaurant,i just dont know what will be.
Taking into account what is already there,i would say maybe an italian chain like olive garden or macaroni grill....
I dont think they would put another barbeque, burger place there....
