Hi we are in north raleigh and need one of those Halloween costume stores. We found one last year on Falls of News near the Harris Teeter but it's not there this year. Has anyone seen any others in N Raleugh?
Thanks

Party city has a good supply
Kids and adults.
Whole sets and ala carte pieces.

There one right beside Triangle Town Center. Brier Creek and other locations.I've bought several there. Prices comparable to Halloween Store(maybe cheaper). I like that it's organized and the staff is helpfully unlike the stores where they just hire seasonal. Nobody knows $chit.

If you go to Party City and will have to try a costume on, though, you may want to go on a weekday. My daughter and I went there last weekend (Brier Creek) and waited half an hour to try on a costume, and didn't move up a single spot. Apparently there's only one dressing room and they let people take in unlimited costumes. At that rate we would have been waiting well over an hour for our turn, so we gave up and left.

There's a good one at Crabtree, down near Arhaus. Really good sized store and lots of fitting rooms. As to the staff, I see no difference. It's not like Party City only hires employees with a degree in Halloween costumes, lol. Both places are mainly staffed by teens, and I found from firsthand experience the staff at the Crabtree Halloween store to be pleasant and helpful.

It's not too late for Amazon! I bought a costume that wasn't eligible for Prime and paid less than $15 for my son's Darth Vader costume. It was shipped by Rubie's and their shipping was pretty fast. I think they sent it out the day I ordered.

I could not find mine locally. So I ordered my Caitlin Jenner costume off the internet.
