Can you imagine? In 2012 they paid 23M. Today (Oct, 2015) they sold it for 39.5M. Amazing.

I used to live right behind there and walk to work at the Fresh Market location before they moved. One of my favorite areas I've ever lived. Sweet.

Amazing since many of the retail locations on the property on the road near Chick-fil-A have been vacant for quite a while.

Maybe the new owners will fill them with mattress stores (LOL).

I only hope that when someone pays so much for just the property that there is more money somewhere for fixing it up.

with it being a national real estate investment fund, you can rest easy that they still have some cash in their account.
