Which luxury home/country club communities are best in terms of family, school, & overall friendly people? We're thinking about Cary but would love to hear other opinions. Thanks!

There are many luxury home communities that are available in triangle area. Toll brothers have a community that is in brier creek which is about 15 --20 min from Cary. Preston in cary is really good but there HOA are little too high. Leesville area in Raleigh has many communities that are really good but they all don't have country club around them. People are always freindly if you are freindly to them. Most of the folks living in these are people who have relocated to triangle area.

There are couple of things that you ahve keep in mind when you are looking for these communities. The first thing that I usually do is make a list of your priorities. e.g. Price, commute, shopping area, schools, country clubs, inside or outside beltline. Once you have all this than you might want to consult with a realtor of your choioce and he will sit with you and show you what is avialable in this area. It is the most difficult decision to mave from One place to other. Let a professional help you with your move sometimes it makes a lot of difference if you get the right person for the job.

To find schools you can go to wake county public school system website and it will give all the facts and results for the area that you might want to be in.
I hope this helped. Good luck.

Toll Brothers also has a community in Cary called the Estates at Olde Carpenter. They are located right next to Carpenter Elementery.
