Hi everyone,

Please send suggestions for my DS bday dinner- 8 years old.
He and his sister are not a fan of Red Robin.

We went through the list of restaurants we usually go to with him- Bad Daddy's, Tribeca, Mellow Mushroom, Lugano's (old Biaggi's) etc. and nothing sounds good to him.

Looking for something fun but with American food. He's having Mexican for lunch.
Wish we could do a Japanese steakhouse but he does not like the food.

It's for 6 of us in the Cary/Apex area. Cake will be back at the house.
I am out of ideas!

Thanks!

I've mentioned it before on CD ... Im a big fan of Patrick Janes ... Flatbread pizzas, lots of fresh unique toppings, most (all?) locally sourced.

So am I, especially since I am GF. My DS likes it but not "special" enough for a bday- for him anyway!
Thanks!

My 11 year old says Two Guys Grill in Morrisville.

But her first choice was Tribeca

She also threw in Applebee's and Ruby Tuesday, neither of which she's ever been to!

If he likes Italian, how about Lubrano's in Morriville (Chapel Hill Road near Weston Parkway)?

Or Brixx in the Bradford?

I forgot about Two Guys- haven's been there in at least 5 years!
I am sure we will either end up at Tribeca or maybe Bad Daddy's but would love to think of something new and fun. Thanks!

It's not fancy at all but Corbett's Burgers and Soda might be fun. They have something like 100 different sodas.
