Through rain or sleet or dark of night.

In 27613 we regularly receive "daily" mail delivery after 8pm. This is ridiculous.

Not at all surprised they didn't deliver the last few days. Nothing Saturday or today.

Our delivery is sporadic. One day it might come around 2 - 2:30. The next day it might not get delivered until 7:30 - 8:30, like today, if it gets delivered at all.

27615 here. Hubby just checked mailbox again. No mail, Friday, Saturday or today.

I guess those were the old days and the post office no longer delivers in sleet or snow!

I honestly wouldn't want them driving those tiny panel trucks down my street. I was driving an AWD SUV and was struggling to safely navigate things. There's a safety factor that can't and shouldn't be ignored.

I have no mail either but some must have tried to deliver because I saw two being towed today while I was out and about.

We got mail today. 27519.

Friday, they could have safely delivered it, but not on Saturday.

According to posts on our neighborhood Facebook page, some of our neighborhood in 27519 received mail, and some did not. There was a small amount of slush at the edge of our street, yet that apparently seemed too daunting for our mail carrier.

They close schools because bus service can't make it to a street, people don't go to work, but everyone expects there to be mail service when they have to go house to house. Walk in their shoes for a day and the complaining would stop.

Our mail runs so late now we just check it in the AM now. 8-9pm isn't unusual. We had mail yesterday.
