Hello! We have checked out various areas around the triangle and are strongly looking into Chapel Hill. We just recently visited and looked at some neighborhoods and really love it. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a great realtor and/or lender for the home buying process? Also if you have any suggestions for neighborhoods or any tips at all, I'd appreciate it. Our price range would be 425k for a 4br, 2.5 bath. We don't mind if it needs a little work, but we are looking at the East Chapel Hill High zone. Thanks!
I'll message you on the realtor. We're not allowed to give realtor recommendations on City-Data. Not sure if we can give lender recs or not and I don't really have one of those, but if anyone else knows the rules maybe you can comment?

If you are a member, the NC SECU has some nice loan options, including ones that don't require PMI for less than 20% down and a max of $1500 for origination fee.
