Went to this chili cook off competition, had this banging Texas cowboy chili made with brisket, any places where that is on the menu? also any places out there with goat burgers(there's this nice spot in saxapahaw but I need a spot that's closer. A place with wild game burgers would be cool too.
City Kitchen (Chapel Hill), Local 22 (Durham) and Burger Bach (Durham) all have lamb burgers on the menu.

Also, not much on atmosphere, but you might like Mr. Wonderful's (Chicken and Waffles, but more). Really nice people there, and "pretty decent" (not great) food.

Have not had it in me to step into the new Clyde Coopers. I really should, just to support the owner (who was victim of progress). I always liked them more for the atomosphere than the food, and now that is gone....
