You have to see my folder...I have it divided by cities, and I write down everyones decriptions next to the subdivision.
This board has been an incredible help!
Valleyfield - backs up to Parrish Womble Park...great for kids and families, new/newer construction, reasonably priced, in older section of Holly Springs
Oak Hall -lovely neighborhood but some of the new construction backs up to the 55 bypass, which I wouldn't like; also, check on the proximity of this neighborhood to the new landfill...I'm not sure, but I think it's pretty close
Windcrest - lots of square footage, newer construction, convenient location, connects to two other neighborhoods, so it's good for walking, really small lots!
Every neighborhood has its pros and cons. We bought in Holly Springs in '06, and we considered all these neighborhoods, as they were in our price range. We ended up in Windward Pointe, which we enjoy.
