I would buy a townhome in a better location over a SFH in that location.

What size home and price range do you need, prashanth?

Do you need to be close to RTP or any particular schools?

A good many of us live in the Cary/Morrisville area, so if you're shopping around here, we might be able to assist as consumers.

Good luck in your search!

I've driven by there several times doing houses in that vicinity. I actually like some of the styles but hate hate the yards. No trees and flat. The appeal is probably that it's walkable to shopping, good schools, a greenway and has diversity(large south Asian presence), but the layout kind of bites for people who aren't coming from places with similar terrain.

I can attest that the area is booming with new residents. I've done at least 5-6 move in and out cleans off that street just since summer.

Yeah I thought the same. They pretty much clear cut everything and didn't really do any landscaping after the fact. It just looks so barren and there's nothing really that separates it from the busy road outside of some brick columns at the entrances.

I haven't been by there in a couple of years. Is there walkable shopping there now?
