Only the short section under construction from Town Hall Drive to just past the Morrisville Square shopping center doesn't have sidewalks. Not sure what that section will look like when they get done with the improvements. In a few years, there will also be a nice greenway that runs parallel to Morrisville-Carpenter along this section (on the other side of the neighborhoods).

I think it's pretty far to really be considered walkable, but when the greenway is done, definitely very bike-able

We stopped by there this weekend to see inside the homes. They're not too bad for what they are.

There's an alternate way out down Cotten Place, I think is the road name, where you'll wind up on 54. Still not good if you need to make a left there when there's a ton of traffic, but there is indeed more than one way out of the neighborhood.

I would not personally suggest buying there because the entire intersection is so terribly congested, but there you have it.
