Oh dear lord, you'll never get OUT of there. Traffic is horrendous morning, noon, and night. Ugh.

I avoid that intersection about 80% of the time and I don't even have to use it.

I can slightly understand how people could overlook the terrible location and buy there because they want a new home, but good luck selling down the road when it isn't new.

train track in your backyard, constant flight noise, terrible traffic on the road, dumping yard nearby, boxed shaped clustered homes, back garage entrance if these wont bother you then ...................
