But, the kids are only getting better and better. And the logjam is very congested. Every point will matter.
The fact that the Canes have played more games IS a stroke against them. You can't change that, so it just puts more pressure on them to stay hot, and to treat every game like a playoff game.
I wish the Caps had beat the Flyers, though.

<LMAO>
Is there more status in being a Canes Fan in Cary, or in Chapel Hill?
</LMAO>
I'll be there cheering for the Isles. They've been a little inconsistent this year, but obviously are a very talented team. My son will be wearing his Canes jersey (that I bought him), but he tells me he wants to to root for the Islanders. Hey, I did everything I could to try and make him a Canes fan. I figure if he really wants to be an Isles fan I won't stop him

I think I have my tix sold.
I'll have to settle for seeing the Canes whip up on Sidney on Friday night.
In my Malone jersey.

I feel a little out of my place wearing my Jonathan Quick jersey to the games.

Somebody's looking for a hip check in the concourse, somebody is....

Oh, I suppose that could be goalie interference?

Haha! I'm a Canes supporter but my loyalty is with the Kings...we will be taking the Stanley Cup this year and I'll be there to see it.

I did not make it to the game last night. Stayed home and watched my Kings win a 5-4 OT thriller. What I'd miss, Mike? You said something about the Pittsburgh games being pretty wild?

The team is having a ceremony honoring the 2006 team tonight. The Stanley Cup will be there and I believe it will also be making an appearance at Crabtree Valley Mall.

I did not know that. But I already have tickets for tonight. Thanks for the info.

I just figured I should spread the word, it seems the Cup win has been long forgotten by everyone except the die-hards but for a very brief moment in June of 2006 the entire state was at least curious about this team and the game of Hockey.
