Raleigh downtown proposal calls for new sports and entertainment center

That is messed up, with a total lack of condos right at the station and entertainment district.
At least one of those office towers should be condos, IMO. Residents bring "real life" to downtown more than commuters and tourists.

I'm slipping. Missed 2 of the 3 games since we came back from the All-Star break. But hey, I'll be at the next two games! Got the Sharks (who I hate) and the Lightning (who represent my hometown but aren't my team).

I had never been more satisfied leaving a Canes game than I was last night.

The win last night against Philadelphia was just as nice. The Flyers are a team that just always seems to have the Canes number.

Still in the playoff hunt amazingly. Trade deadline looming soon though, some tough decisions for Ronnie to make.

Yup I was there. If we make the playoffs, I guess I picked a good year to become a fan. Seems like the team has been suffering for the last several years.

Why? Are there are a lot of Boston fans here? I didn't get to go to the Pittsburgh game, but I remember you saying that one was crazy.
