Anybody at the game tonight (3/31) against the Rangers? I wonder if it's a good crowd since it's Eric Staal's return to PNC. (Still can't get used to the blue/white on him.)

I love his letter to the fans. I cried a bit. I wonder if he's gone for good. Do you think Ron Francis will try to get him back at the end of the season when he's a FA?

Thank You, Carolina | The Players' Tribune

I have definitely have a good time this season. It has filled a lot of nights that would otherwise be uneventful.

With more than a miracle needed to make playoffs, I have to say I like the progress the team has made, and the young guys hustling.
We have more points than any season since 2010--2011, with 4 games left. Win out (I know, I know) and we have the most since our 2009 playoff appearance.

So, we re-upped as STH and are already excited for next year.

Undrafted Patrick Brown scored the first of hopefully many goals tonight. I think this current crop of prospects might be the most talented we've ever had, something that's been lacking for most of this teams existence.

Went to the game tonight and it was fun! Didn't expect us to outplay the Rangers but a win is a win

I would run with these young fellers before I would get excited about having Eric Stahl back.
Everyone in the organization said all the right stuff when the captain, a team member of 13 years departed. I guess he is a good guy. But, I really like what I see on the ice.
I want to see Victor Rask signed and kept for the future.
I would like to see Chris Terry signed.
I hope Ron Hainsey gets another year under contract.
Skinner, Faulk, J. Stahl, Pesce, Slavin, Lindholm around for two or more years, all good.

I'm up in the air on Ward. How many years does he have left, and how much durability?

I do like the way these young guys have played together post-trade deadline. Maybe next year this team gets into the playoffs.
