I brought one back from NM once. It immediately went moldy. Just be aware. I got a Christmas ornament ristra instead!

I may be naieve but by looking at a picture of one,isn't it just peppers on a string. Is it hard to make one yourself. My DH hung some peppers one time similar to that. They did mold pretty quickly rather then dry. Might be our humidity levels around here.
Yeah, I think it's way too humid and wet here for ristras to last outside. Inside you might have better luck if you have low humidity levels in your house. Have you checked the farmer's markets?
