Hey all,
I am seeking recommendations for a lawyer/firm in the Raleigh metro area to advise me on my options regarding a contractor who did not perform per contract. I'm looking for someone with wisdom plus good experience representing consumers in residential construction lawsuits vs contractor. Thanks!!

Did you ask your realtor to recommend a few?

Good idea; thanks. I had not thought to ask real estate agents. I can see where they would occasionally deal with this situation.

it will be interesting to see if this is a new construction home, a remodel/expansion, etc issue. The OP hasn't posted about this line of action before.

If more details are given, then I can certainly recommend an attorney, as needed and warranted. But the OP may or may not even need an attorney. We just don't know enough.
