I'm hosting a Super a Bowl party and have a tradition of getting wings from a new place each year. I usually have a fun taste test and make an event out of it, but I haven't had the time to do so this year. I need some votes on the best place so I can pick some up before the big game tomorrow. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Definitely Buffalo Wings & Rings. Also the wings at any Carolina Ale House are really good.

If you don't have a turkey fryer maybe you can borrow one.

2 gallons peanut oil
heat to 350-375
dump in 5lbs of defrosted wings, stir occasionally to separate wings
Repeat as many times as needed depending on how many you want to cook.
cook until they float + a minute or so or until brown and a bit crispy on the outside
Hot: mix with Franks Hot Sauce. Add tobasco for additional heat if desired
Medium: 60/40 Franks and butter
Mild: 70/30 butter/Franks

Save the oil for the next party
