We've just recently bought....the Cabernet model. We have had a really great experience so far...still waiting for our permit though. The deisgn studio consultant, melissa, and Laurie (the sale agent on-site) have both been very knowledgeable and flexible. We would totally recommend this development to friends. Can't wait to see our house built! We've been through similar models as ours will be and so far have been very satisfied with quality of work!

Smile very positive buying experience!

Moderator cut: removed and his contracted crews do some pretty good work on all these homes being built. Moderator cut: removed was very pleasant and always willing to answer our sales questions. Moderator cut: removed at the design center was helpful and able to assist us with upgrades we wanted. We had a Taylor E built on Boatdock Drive and love it!

Great place for families-- lots of people taking walks in the evenings. Just participated in the 1st annual easter egg hunt, organized by one of the residents. Community watch program has just gotten underway, with cooperation from HS police dept.

Looking forward to the opening of the community pool-- just in time for summer!
