I guess if you want to? Every other venue she's playing at in America besides Carter-Finley is an NFL stadium.

Yes, lots of people left. I was one of them.

At any rate, it was ABSOLUTELY a cluster, and I kept having this horrible thought, that if something truly catastrophic were to happen, that we would all be screwed. There was no order, no clear directions, and it was a shame because the show itself was PHENOMENAL. We are so much better than this. That stadium has a 60k capacity, we should have been able to handle 40k.

Carter-Finley is only 13k-15k shy of having the same capacity as Panthers' stadium, which is the average of all NFL stadiums. Not a huge difference on the big scheme of things. And Raleigh has been known as a music venue for some of the largest musical acts.

It's also not true that every other stop is at an NFL stadium. Miami was a baseball stadium, NYC is a baseball stadium, Minneapolis is a college football stadium, and you've got Hersheypark Stadium, all of which are significantly smaller than Carter-Finley.

Apologies for the misinformation.

Just so you're clear, I love Raleigh and would never, ever try to slight it.

I feel bad for her fans but at the same time... A little research goes a long way. If you know the previous issues the. You need to leave hours before the concert. It's that simple. I've been stuck in epic traffic other places - some I knew I would hit it and planned accordingly and once with no clue (San Diego - OMG). But I'm guessing most of the people stuck on the side of 40 are from somewhere fairly close. Find alternate routes, come early, or realize maybe you can't see her at this particular venue.
