Hello all,

Could anyone provide any input about the neighborhood at Windermere in Cary? Are people friendly and do they socialize? Someone who lives there now or has lived there recently would be great, but will take any input of direct knowledge that you may have!

Thanks!

John Wieland homes (semi-custom), prices lower per square foot, larger houses, schools over that way are not the most highly sought-after, but you don't have kids yet, so no issue there.

Easy access to DT Raleigh, a bit longer to RTP, but highly doable.

I have had coworkers who lived there and liked it.

Two "sides" to the neighborhood.
Slab foundations in the lower cost side.
Crawlspaces in the other side.

Thanks RedZin and Mike. We are putting a bid on a home in there (crawlspace home). Just don't want to be moving into any highfalutin neighborhood, since we aren't highfalutin people! Where do you/did you work RedZin? Maybe they will be my co-workers too.
