Default Raleigh - Top Sellers Market according to Yahoo!

Please don't let my potential seller see this!

In an article about America's Top Free Falling Markets, there's a chart to the right of the Top Seller Markets - Raleigh tops the list.

Agree/Disagree?

I saw that earlier and when you click it on you get no article or data. You get the opportunity to search for a house under their real estate site. I don't think Baltimore is in the top ten of markets. I also wonder if you were in another part of the country if you would get the same top ten. That section on Yahoo is often reserved for ads.
Business News and Financial News at Forbes.com

I think the article is from Forbes but when? The section on Yahoo I think is just their extrapolation of.

DaveRaleigh, it looks like Yahoo is taking that information from the following Forbe's article from June 22, 2007.
