Default Anyone familiar with the Penrith neighborhood

Anyone out there familiar with the Penrith neighborhood? It seems to be an Easterly continuation of Woodcroft --> Woodlake --> Penrith

There are a few houses there that seem quite nice Moderator cut: removed , but they're quite a bit cheaper than the other neighborhoods. This could be from a variety of factors, of course. When I google "penrith neighorhood" I seem to get lots of info about apartments. So, maybe that's part of it.... Just curious if anyone knows anything.
