Does Raleigh have any ethnic-ish enclaves (Morrisville: living in, restaurants, shopping center)

Where is C-D pulling neighborhood level ethnic data from? For the neighborhoods I've lived in, I've never provided my data to anyone.
Probably Census Data, mapped to neighborhood level. Also, it can be extrapolated from other sources--e.g., voter registration records in NC have both address and race (unless you don't give it), and are publically available. I don't imagine C-D digs that up for every place in the US, but the point is, you DO give it out without realizing it.

According to Wikipedia, which supposedly got the info. from the 2010 Census, the Raleigh MSA has 20,000 Asian Indians, which represents 1.8% of the population. That's the sixth highest in the nation percentage-wise and 23rd in the nation by raw numbers.

Well, it is from six years ago. The number could be higher today. I don't know where else one would find a break out of of Indian Asians among all Asians except for in the Census.
It doesn't break out "Asian" into South Asian vs East Asian, but to answer your question, it is one way people can tell "which neighborhood has a dominant ethinicity [sic]".
Right, and those represent a pretty wide spread of nationalities.

But how does C-D then know how to make it to a particular subdivision? Does C-D track each home address and know exactly what subdivision it belongs to?
@TarheelNick -- While I agree that Morrisville has a high % of Indians , it is not the highest in the country. My guess would be towns in and around Bay Area, LA and NJ. San Jose alone has close to 80K indians. Morrisville might be in the top 25.

Agreed. Though, around here? I doubt you'd find a higher concentration.

According to the 2010 US Census, Morrisville had a population of 18,576 and 5,058 of them were Asian (27.2%) with 3,717 being Asian Indian (20%).
I'm not familiar at all with California cities, but it appears that Cupertino near San Jose has a high Asian population. When I plug in that city it shows that Cupertino had a population of 58,302 in the 2010 Census with 36,895 of them being Asian (63%) and 13,179 being Asian Indian (23%).
Edison, New Jersey also has a high Asian population. It had a population of 99,967 in the 2010 Census with 43,177 being Asian (43.2%) and 28,286 being Asian Indian (28%).
I'm sure there are other towns with a high percentage of Asian Indians. Those were just two that I saw mentioned in an article.
