Train in Wake Forest/ Heritage Crossings (apartments, living in, frequency)

My mother is considering living in the Heritage Crossings Senior apartments, however I notice they are right by the train tracks in Wake Forest. Does anyone have feedback on the frequency and noise of that train. If anyone knows someone living in Heritage Crossings and how they like it, that would be great too.

I live about 1.5 miles from those tracks. Perhaps 4 times a day. It doesn't bother me at all, in fact I like the train whistle. No doubt it's louder there, however.
