Default Berkshire Downs

Does anyone live or know about this subdivision in N. Raleigh? It was appealing to me because alot of the homes have basements, located in a good area, and on a decent size lot. I don't find any homes listed for sale though. I wonder why?

Is this the same Berkshire Downs? I don't know if there are more than one place with that name:

Berkshire Downs off Perry Creek Rd in Raleigh
