Default Custom builder developments in Apex or Cary

My wife and I have now made two house hunting trips to Raleigh and we have narrowed our criteria to the following. We'd like to buy new construction in a custom builder development in Cary or Apex north of Route 1 for less than $430,000. We have visited Highcroft Village, Amberly and Cameron Farm all of which have some houses which meet our criteria. Our time frame is summer. Is anyone aware of any other existing or proposed custom builder developments that meet our criteria?

Thanks,
Jeff

Sorry, I don't know of other developments.

But if you determine that you like Amberly then I would highly recommend Moderator cut: removed for your builder. Moderator cut: removed are awesome. We are doing our 45 day, G-Team fixes next week and quite honestly there isn't much to "fix" at all. It's more of a "look everything over, make sure it's working right and the homeowner is happy" visit. I'm happy!

Thank you, that is good information. Of all the custom homes we toured I don't think we went into one of theirs.

Good luck with your purchase, perhaps we'll be neighbors this summer!
