From the photos I've seen online, looks like Postmaster is getting pretty close to opening.

Also, next to Pizzeria Faulisi and just across from Bond Brothers, SideBar is going in quickly. Looks like it will be a nice cocktail bar, so something a little different than the beer-centric places in downtown Cary.

Yeah, looking forward to Sidebar being in the mix. Hopefully they just stick to cocktails and just avoid beer altogether.

Just driving by, Postmasters has seemed ready to open for a good while. Last weekend, we were leaving bond at like 10:00 on Friday and they had lights on and a few people in there looking like they were talking over stuff.

Wow. One of these units would be a great investment as a rental property. I was looking at the condos down in Raleigh and Durham but they are already priced pretty high per square foot. What are these going for?

Last I saw they were supposed to start in the $300-400K range.

Thank you. Someone should tell them their phone # on their webpage doesn't connect to anyone related to the property so I can't get info. Come on now.

If I'm spending $300-400K on a property to rent out for cash flow, it better have 4-6 units in it.
