In the good area's of Cary. Schools do not matter. No pets or kids.Just 2 adult. Will look to purchase if happy in area after 6 months. When more funds will be available for down payment. Near some form of public transit. But not important. If there are cabs or prefer Uber as One of us might not drive for a while.

Also how is the Medical Services "Locally" Like not just the hospitals.

Thank You.

Hi Lori...so now Cary is on the radar? Continuing your tour of the eastern Seaboard, eh?

I can't recommend anyplace to live as I'm not familiar with rentals in the area, but be aware that it is very different from LI where real estate agents really do not handle rentals here the way they do on Long Island.

Public transportation is lacking around here, you can check out www.townofcary.org and look at the Go Cary buses under "services".

Aren't safe rentals under $1200 getting harder and harder to find in the Triangle?
