I've tried a lot of allergy medicines and for some reason benadryl (I buy the generic from wally world) is the only thing that works for me.

Allegra is the only thing that works in our family.

Suncat, I was one of those lucky ones in Portland... I was not allergic to anything. But the ryegrass really got my husband. He had very mild allergies here in NC last summer (we got here in July). But I on the other hand thought I was dying. I found out I'm probably allergic to ragweed. UGH!!! That stuff blooms a really long time here. I never had allergies growing up in NC and the many times I came back to visit (mostly Spring & Summer) I never had any problems. This one snuck up on me.

I hope yours don't bother you when you get here. Let us know when the big move is!!!!
