Anyone know where I can get camel's milk in the area? At a reasonable price?

What - you don't think eighteen bucks a pint is reasonable?

A FB page in Fearington, NC https://www.facebook.com/Camel-Milk-...6393828245115/

https://desertfarms.com/apps/store-locator

Charlottesville VA or Columbia SC.

They may be in Whole Foods in neighboring states. https://desertfarms.com/blogs/news/1...e-foods-region

Available online from various sources.

This company states it is developing a farm in NC. https://www.camilkdairy.com/pages/our-farms

But even Dr Axe doesn't believe the hype. https://draxe.com/camel-milk/

Just curious - what do you use camel's milk in? Likewise, I saw ground camel at Butcher's Market and was wondering how it was prepared.

I would try a few of the many Halal Markets in the area.

In Cary, there is one by the DMV in Chatham Square
In Morrisville, there is one at Davis and McCrimmon
There is Medeteranian Deli in South Durham (just ate lunch there, YUM)

They may or may not have it, I don't know, but if it can be had, I'd suspect they'd be in the know.

It's a great substitute for armadillo milk.

A lot of people use it in their coffee, the question is....

Good luck finding camels willing to breastfeed at all, in the current political climate... much less negotiate.

There isn't a single animal on the planet that drinks milk outside of it's early years. That should probably tell us something (consumption of milk probably isn't a good idea). Plus, no animals drink other species milk. Thinks that make you go hmm.

For real? Of all the novel things humans do, you focus on milk? Also, ants farm aphids for milk. Look it up.
