Hello,
My family and I are about to sign a contract for a newly constructed house in Rustica Oaks. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the area. It seems pretty convenient to places that we like (I work in RTP.) Currently we are renting in west Cary. We like the outdoors, and have awesome access to several different greenways. I know ATT is pretty close to Rustica Oaks, but I've read about some shady going-ons at that point in the trail. Also, I'm worried about crime in general in the area.
