Char-Grill shakes are so thick you need a spoon I never get a shake with my burgers. I make another trip later for a chocolate shake.

That's why I get a beer with my burger (not at Char-Grill) and then a shake after. Yup, very unhealthy!

But you have MoJoe's, Al's, Char-Grill, Bad Daddy's, etc. The area is loaded with good options!

It was a gas station before they converted it to the Tilted Kilt. That area has been terrible for businesses. The pharmacy that opened across the street did not last long.

I never knew that. You're right, it was Off Kilter. Always meant to stop in there, but kept hearing mixed reviews so never stopped. I think it's a tough location unless you live over there.

Yep. Messiest burger I've ever eaten probably......but the flavor profile works!

That place has come a long way from when it was a laundromat (though I did enjoy it as "Salem Street Soda Shop")

Not to threadjack, but there was a Tilted Kilt in Apex?

BoardMember, I was laughing at that sign a few weeks ago...it always surprised me they never seemed to do much with that building. Though I suppose changing from a bank to a restaurant is something!
