Hi there
I would like to take some pictures, make a short movie and basically explore abandon places like factory or larger buildings like hospital etc.
Does anyone know about such places? And direction to such places ?

That place is pretty hot now, I'd think twice about it? There are a lot better places than
that anyway. Good luck!
I don't know that Heather Leah would want to revisit that area, with or without mentosik. I'm suggesting that he/she could get information and ideas from an experienced explorer. The URL to a news item was intended to depict her and the activity of urban exploration in general.
I know a few photographers that do Urbex stuff in this area, but the information is, understandably, kept really close to the vest. There is a FB closed group that is probably the best place to start, and once you develop some trust members may invite you along to explore. I imagine there are also some secret groups on FB where people are much more vetted.
I realize that, no worries. It's like Dire Wolf said, most explorers keep
that kind of info to themselves. I can count on one hand how many people
I trust to share info with. The OP can find tons of info on Google Maps and
Flickr, etc. I hate it when the news does stories like that. Great reading, but
it doesn't help the explorers any...
