I was wondering if anyone has put up a metal building or barn with any of the local contractors that seem to specialize in metal buildings. I'm looking at something in the 30' x 30' range, not a small storage building. There are a lot of ads on Craigslist and after looking a few of them up I find reviews that do not paint a good picture. Some of them take a deposit and never show up again, or get partway started and stop, etc.

If you have a recommendation please let me know. Or, if you have someone I definitely shouldn't use. PM if you don't want to post the name.

I've dealt with these guys for 5 buildings about that size. Carports.com Mobile Site 888-822-7767 I know their site says carports, but they do a full building as well. You'll need to get the slab poured separately though.

Thanks! I ended up on their website the other day and didn't stick around since it does look like all carports. I dug a little deeper after seeing your post and they really need to make that more obvious.

Did you go the DIY method or did you have them install it too? I guess it must have gone pretty good if you've done 5 of them.

I used to do a lot of roofing work for Myrick Construction
out of Biscoe, NC. Great to work for and never had the first
problem with them!
