The OP didn't seem to enjoy the account creation process. Didn't think he'd want to do that again. Plus you usually need a unique email, phone, and/or credit card, which some people may not be able to do.

Yea, I am all set right now. If Monday goes well, I be keeping their program long term. I already had my Uber account removed and then I removed their app.
Thanks, all! I hope whatever you all use works well for you. I am sticking with Lyft, for now.

I had a similar and frustrating experience with Uber, albeit for a different reason. In the end it was just easier to go with Lyft and abandon Uber.
