So we frequent Cafe Carolina over at Cameron Village.....until we asked them to email us the nutritional information.

Holy Smokes!! 700 calories for the Charleston Smoked Turkey Sandwich. Don't even ask me to post the info for the inside out peanut butter cup.

Is 700 calories bad? I dunno. I exercise regularly and work out in the yard every week, so I probably need more calories than most to maintain my weight. However, 700 doesn't seem bad for a person with a regular exercise routine.

Nonetheless, is it a tasty sandwich?

It's delicious, but it's not that big. That one sandwich is 1/4 of the calories I take in for the day. Even funnier is they have a salad that's 1,000 calories.

For the record...the same folks that own the Hardee's in this area...also own Cafe Carolina around here....

(I know..I know...that doesn't have really anything to do with their individual meaus. But, it's still a piece of useless information.... LOL)

Hmmm, I wonder if Cafe Carolina's food doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face?
