Raleigh isn't smoky but has ozone in the Summer and is absolutely awful for allergies.

How hard is it to understand? When someone says there are no jobs, they don't LITERALLY mean there are zero companies with job postings. It means there are not nearly enough open positions for everyone who wants, needs, and is qualified for a job to actually have one.
