Does anyone know what the large building going up next to Costco is? We asked the cashier and she said possibly a sporting goods store like Dicks, but she believes it's a movie theater. I'm leaning towards that as well since there are a bunch of food places next door.

Academy Sports and Outdoors. It's that large building being built.

Interesting. A lot of these sports and outdoors stores are not working out in Western Wake county. There are too many of them and also many people are not interested in them.

As far as the Costco complex is concerned, I did recently go to Ruckus, got a haircut at Great Clips and also picked up food from the other "fast food" places and the service so far was great. I'm afraid how much traffic this will create but I guess this is the "norm" these days for complexes like this. Going on a weekend is a pain.

It's the only shopping center with a full parking lot in front of a Mattress Firm store, filled with restaurant customers.

The WHOLE shopping center is way under-planned for parking spaces.

$2.50 HUGE slice combo pizza at Costco cafe is still the deal!

Academy coming could very well hurt Dick's. Academy has the best prices for similar goods.
