Default Weston Estates Cary

We are looking for a development similar to Weston Estates in Morrisville. We like the fact that there are homes with different elevations and somewhat large lots. We are open to Cary,Morrisville,North Raleigh. Appreciate any suggestions.

Have you tried New Home Guide? You may also want to get yourself a buyer's agent.

Weston Estates is really nice for the reasons you mentioned. Easy to commute since it is so close to I40. There are some very nice homes in N. Raleigh as well with that criteria but are hard to get because of the good location and as soon as they go on the market, they sell. One area is Windsor Woods, Stonehenge, Stonebridge, Reedham Oaks, and Bent Tree. Some maybe a little older than you would like so that is something to consider as well.
