That's a standard auto-answer that you would get from any complaint or feedback.

What I don't understand is why you're getting wrapped around the axle about Amazon's selling of the Leesa Mattress. From what I can tell from your posts, you aren't actually looking to purchase one. And the OP has said that they bought directly from Leesa. So why are you making a big issue of it? As fas as I can tell, you're the only one in this thread complaining of this "issue".

I hate to see people ripped off.

Amazon is getting too big and is becoming deceptive and careless.

Oh, but Amazon has not changed....
(That is not a compliment.)

It's not an issue for anyone in this thread. I just don't get why you're taking on this completely random issue that has no relevance to you or anyone else in this thread. And it's not like you're going to have any effect on Amazon by sending this message.

Tilting at windmills.

Just like Raleigh, right? Amazon must be infected with transplants from NJ and NY.

Additional comments:
Leesa offers refund if mattress is donated to a charity. If no charity will take it, Leesa will send a recycler to pick it up. Amazon's return policy is not clearly stated. On the Raleigh NC City-Data blog, a customer complains of this issue. Amazon needs to be clear about what the return involves.

What poster in this thread complained about Amazon return issues ??
I must have missed it. The OP did not get the mattress from Amazon.

The few returns I have made to Amazon have been super easy.

OP only said they purchased online. Both Leesa and Amazon sells this online.

CapitalBlvd: Thanks so much for your concern. I purchased my mattress directly from Leesa, because I had heard that Amazon might have a shorter return window and be more difficult to return. Fortunately I've been able to resolve my issue and have a pickup scheduled with Habitat for Humanity.

You might want to read the thread again. You asked, and the OP answered:
