WTVD doesn't have a Roku app (I don't think), but they do live streaming on their website doing the times of the local news shows

They do not specifically mention Roku, but like routers, I assume they fall into the computer or TV category.

Of course, with Costco and their history of liberal return policy, you may be able to talk them into accepting an old Roku for a return.
