Raleigh residents fight back against plan to widen Falls of Neuse Road :: WRAL.com

By the way, just looked it up in the City of Raleigh 2030 Comprehensive Plan, and they have Falls of Neuse Road as a 6 lane divided avenue all the way north to Capital Boulevard.

NCDOT is holding another public meeting on October 16. Changes were made since last year’s meeting.
