I am moving to the Raleigh area in the next few months and am looking at purchasing a home. A majority of the homes currently for sale are new construction so I was looking on some insight on either builders to stay away from or quality builders to look for. I am looking at houses in Benson, Angier, Four Oaks, Mcgees Crossroads areas since they are convenient to I-40/I-95 and we will be working in both Raleigh and Fayetteville. These are some of the builders and subdivisions I have seen so far.
