I'm heterosexual but applaud the protests since they may keep more idiots away. Let's hire McCrory as diversity manager. That might kill the Amazon issue and also keep more companies from destroying our QOL.

We need more good jobs in the counties who have lost businesses like furniture and fabric to overseas areas. We do not need this area turned to an overcrowded overpriced junk heap by the greed of both state and local governments who seem to think that uncontrolled growth will help the state.

Stop these pirates before the middle class is eradicated to make room for overpaid transplants who are not made to pay the needs they create up front by impact fees on developers.

Remember, if there is a downturn in the economy, all taxpayers will be stuck paying for the infrastructure the increase in population required.

These state and local governments are too stupidly aroused by greed to understand the effects that may any day cause the economy to stumble.

Perhaps protesting Heterosexuality and Heterosexuals' Migration would address a larger influx?

They are not the problem. It's the overpaid transplants with entitlement mentalities and the companies that employ them that is a problem.

So, only LGBT folks are the problem?

So, just to be clear, you're fine with all the "overpaid" natives with "entitlement mentalities," right?

Just so I know where I stand.

So, you agree that these ARE good jobs coming in.

So, simply put, your position is NIMBY. It's okay for the other areas of the state to become an "overcrowded overpriced junk heap", just as long as it doesn't affect you.

Nice.

I would venture that those area you are proposing to get those jobs are less equipped to handle them than this area is. But, you know this. It just doesn't fit into your argument, so why bother with it?

No, the areas in dire need of good jobs have plenty of room to grow.

This area does not, and the fools in government continue to bribe companies and invite longer commutes by adding roads.

Choking off stupid development will protect our quality of life.

These jobs would really help but not in already overcrowded areas with a refusal to provide good rail transit.

This area would be MUCH better if we can get a lot of Gay, Impoverished Drug addicts to move here. Need to flush out all those overpaid yuppies. Get with the program!

(Disclaimer: I don't care about anyone's sexuality or economic status, and if they are doing drugs, it's their own business as long as they keep it that way.)

That ship sailed 40 years ago. Manufacturing and clothing won't be coming back to the US in any meaningful numbers. Would be nice to have the jobs but $ talks.

At this point we're lucky to have these higher paying tech jobs here.
