I'm looking for a home in Bedford at falls river and notice that there have been at least 4 of the total 8 homes on cloud cover lane that have sold or are on the market in the past 12 months. Is there something going on that I should know about?

Not at all.
I live one street over from Cloud Cover and it's perfectly nice.
It's just the nature of the neighborhood. A lot of people in this neighborhood work in tech and pharma and its far from unusual to hear of people relocating.

Thanks for your reply. I thought it might be something like that. Are you on Evergreen Spring Lane? I looked at homes there too but they never last on the market for very long. It's such a nice area.

Caramoor.
It's bonkers how quickly houses go. Almost every house in this section sells within 3 days.

Cloud Cover Lane - where the sun never shines.

Seriously, I never heard of it, but such a weird name for a street.

Are you tired, listless? Do you poop out at parties? Then do I have another terrible decision for you! Buy a home on our depressingly named street!

Well if you think that is bad...head over to Caddell Woods and live on Bratt Avenue or Gross Drive!

Simply insane to see the boomtown ramping up as overpaid transplants rush in to destroy our QOL.

I heard one bit of good news on the Clark Howard show yesterday. The overbuilding of cheaply built tinderbox apartments all over the US will soon result in oversupply of quickly built junk, and rents will start to fall.

Would you just stop. Why do you hate everyone and everything about our area?

At least it would be nice to live there in the peak of the summer. "It's a real scorcher today - very sunny and hot. Let's go hang out on Cloud Cover Lane."
